The Off-Street Parking Commission consists of five members appointed by the Mayor and subject to confirmation by the City Council.
Their duties are to oversee and maintain public off-street parking facilities. They set regulations for the orderly use of the off-street parking facilities as well as setting the fees and other charges for the use of such facilities.
In addition, they oversee and maintain the public off-street parking facilities and the operations of the parking department. They make recommendations in providing services to the community while working in conjunction with and through the director of the parking department. |
