The City Clerk's Office is responsible for vital statistics (birth, marriages and death records), in addition to dog licenses and marriage intentions. This office also handles Voter Registration, Proof of Residence, Annual City Census, Nomination Papers and Preparations for all Elections.

| Requests for Family Research/Genealogy |
Requests for family research and/or genealogy will be accepted by e-mail, fax, mail and phone, however, if you are requesting more than one record, you must submit it by mail and the fees below will apply. We welcome the public to visit our office and research records during our regular business hours at no charge. If you need copies or certified copies, the fees below will apply.
