The Lynn Information Technology Department seeks to provide the City of Lynn with a telecommunications infrastructure capable of handling current and future technology needs, and to provide accurate and timely information systems and technical support to all city departments and agencies and ultimately to its customers, the residents of Lynn.

The Information Technology Department (I.T.) provides hardware and software information and technologies for City Hall and other City agencies to accomplish their respective missions. Within this department we promote internal and external communication, provide department personnel with information relative to their operations and enhance customer support. The city's website is also maintained through this office.

The I.T. Department also hosts the City's mailroom. All internal and external mail for City Hall comes through this office.
