2013 Tennis Clinic

Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
Dates: Monday, July 8th – Wednesday, July 31st
Clinic Times:
- Ages 8 & Under: 5 PM - 6 PM
- Ages 9 – 11: 6 PM - 7 PM
- Ages 12 & Older: 7 PM - 8 PM

2013 Basketball League At Gowdy Park

Games: 6 Games will be held, followed by 2 weeks of playoffs.
- Championship winning team will receive a prize.
- Each game will consist of two 20 minute halves.
Time: Games will begin at 6 PM
Registration can be done as teams of 10 or as individuals.
Fees:
-Registration: for team of 10 - $250.00 | for individual - $30.00
(includes t-shirt and small banquet at conclusion of program)
-Referee Fee: $35.00 per team per game
Location: Hood Park Basketball Courts
(located on Holyoke Street across from Lynn Classical)

Women’s League | Ages 18+
Games will be held on Wednesdays beginning Wednesday, July 10th
Tournament play will be held September 4th & 11th

Men’s League | Ages 25+
Games will be held on Thursdays beginning Thursday, July 11th
Tournament play will be held September 5th & 12th

Ages: Clinic is open for all children ages 10 & Older
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
Dates: Monday, July 8th – Wednesday, July 31st
Times: 3 PM - 5 PM
Location: Gowdy Park Basketball Courts

A variety of instructional skills will be taught, such as:
Shooting | Passing | Defense | Offense
Scrimmages will also be played!

2013 Pee Wee Basketball Clinic At Flax Pond

Ages: Clinic is open for all children ages 6 to 10 years old
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, & Saturdays
Dates: Monday, July 8th – Saturday August 3rd
Times: Mondays and Tuesdays 6 PM - 7:30 PM | Saturdays 9:30 AM - 11 AM
Location: Flax Pond Basketball Courts
In the event of inclement weather on Mondays or Tuesdays, the clinic will be held at Pickering Middle School. If there is inclement weather on Saturdays, the clinic will not be held.
Price: $15.00
-All participants will receive:
-Trophy a T-shirt and a pizza party toward the end of the program.

2013 Lacrosse Clinic At Manning Field

Ages: Clinic is open forboys and girls ages 6 to 12 years old
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, & Saturdays
Dates: Monday, August 12- Friday, August 16, 2013
Times: 9 Am - 12 Noon
Location: Manning Field
In event of rain – Lynn Tech Field House
-Please bring your own water
*Proper equipment is required: stick, helmet, mouth piece
*This camp will be led by the coaching staff and players
*The basic fundamentals of Lacrosse will be taught

Price: $80
Registration Deadline: Thursday August 1, 2013

Skills Covered:
General Athletic Development: Dynamic stretching, Plyometrics, Agility Training
Basic Skill Development: Cradling, Scooping, Passing, Catching, Shooting, Stick Handling
Team Concepts: Facing-off, Give-and-Go’s, Pick-and-Roll’s, Ground Balls, Dodging, Cutting, Feeding
