- Respond to troubleshooting requests as needed by city departments.
- Coordinate the efforts of technical staff members.
- Provide help desk support to internal and external city departments.
- Run reports and assist various city departments with MUNIS database issues.
- Perform Comptroller/CFO office functions including payroll, invoice processing, budget preparation, and record keeping as requested.
- Provide regular reports as requested by the CFO, Comptroller, and Internal Auditor.
- Serve as liaison between city employees and MUNIS support staff.
- Bachelors Degree or 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience working with MUNIS (A Tyler Technology product) or similar database software.
- Previous MUNIS/municipal experience highly desired.
- Experience in data maintenance and management preferred.
